Experiment...

Just for your own sake, as an experiment, whatever the concern or the story you are in, put it on the side for a moment, just leave it as it is, do not try to push it away, but just do not pay so much attention to it...

Simply, just take notice where your attention is focused, and bring your attention back to itself... Slowly bring your attention on your very sense of being...

From this shift of attention you may notice that your sense of being itself is okay, there is no trouble here and somehow the story has disappeared or merged in the 'air'... Isn't it?... Check it for yourself.

Everything is still included, yet now the dominance has shifted on your very sense of being here... How is that? Any struggle or effort now? Isn't it relaxed naturally? This is it. That simple.

Now from this point of unfocused awareness, as another experiment, recall the story or the concern you where in... Invite it back gently... Does it touch you? Does it matter so much now? Is it even coming back?... What is more dominant now?...

Simply see where you put your attention and what is does make you feel... See where your investment is and the price you pay... Concerns, stories always come and go and trigger feelings, whatever they are.... What about your sense of being?... Is it going away?...
